• Develop syllabus, grading expectations, course sequence, and lesson details with leadership and counseling teams.
• Create a caring classroom environment that supports student growth, engagement, and PBIS expectations.
• Write and implement Crew lessons; foster a culture aligned with school mission and values.
• Utilize digital platforms to communicate with stakeholders and record grades.
