Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and NC teaching certification or eligibility.
• Experience aligning instruction with NC standards and curriculum.
• Ability to support diverse learners including students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state and district policies and professional standards.
• Plan and deliver instruction in assigned content area to meet student needs.
• Prepare materials, assess progress, and maintain records for IEPs and 504 plans.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with staff to support students.
• Create engaging classroom environments and use varied instructional strategies.
• Administer tests, grade work, and maintain accurate documentation.
