Qualifications

  • All MCA employees must be active members of a Christian church and sign MCA's faith statement.
  • Master's degree in mathematics, or 18 credit hours of mathematics at the 500 level or above in another field.
  • Valid teaching certification or eligibility, as required by Indiana.
  • Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics and instructional best practices.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable, engaging manner.
  • Commitment to supporting student achievement and fostering a positive classroom culture.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused educator to help inspire mathematical confidence, curiosity, and achievement in a high school learning environment. The ideal candidate is committed to creating an inclusive classroom, supporting diverse learning needs, and helping students build a strong foundation in core math concepts.
