Job summary

Egg Harbor Township Board of Education is seeking a Teacher of Mathematics to provide high school math instruction and pursue student achievement using engaging, data-driven methods. The role requires NJ math certification, strong communication, and skills in differentiating instruction.

The position supports a 10-month contract with a salary range noted and benefits including medical, dental, and TPFFE pension participation. Teaching with technology is encouraged.

Qualifications

• NJ Mathematics Teacher Certification is required.
• Knowledge of the Student Learning Standards for high school mathematics.
• Differentiated instruction, monitoring and assessing student progress.
• Ability to engage and motivate high school students.
• Ability to use data to plan instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to incorporate technology in daily lessons.
• Able to pass the Criminal History Review and Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure.
