• Scaffold instruction using the learning hook, identify where students are in their educational journey through assessment and engage them at the level that is appropriate for their growth.

  This is a strategy used to develop responsible behavior. Staff are tough on students by setting high expectations and follow through on actions that need to be taken when expectations are not met.

• Idaho State certification in teaching in the appropriate subject areas. (Bachelor's Degree required, preferable in related field. Elevate can help with the teacher certification process.)

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and/or occasionally be required to lift objects.

• Meet professional teacher education requirements of school, district, and state.
