Job summary

E-School Virtual Charter Academy in Guthrie, Oklahoma is seeking a Math Teacher to join our full-time staff. The role supports 8:00 am–4:00 pm, 12-month operations, and a commitment to educational equity in a virtual charter setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in education with a valid teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one. Strong communication and collaborative skills are required to serve diverse students and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• A valid Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriate Science endorsement(s)
• A demonstrated philosophy that all students can and will learn.
• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent communication skills oral and written
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Best Instructional Practices
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Professional verification of successful classroom teacher performance and/or student teaching experience.
• Evidence of the willingness and the ability to comply with the standards for ethical and professional performance.
• This individual will exhibit skills pertinent to foster positive human relationships and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents and the community
• A willingness and demonstrated abilities conducive to a continuous quest for quality education.

• Work Schedule: 12 months
• Hours to Work: 8 hours / day 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
