The full-time position includes developing math lessons, delivering instruction, assessing student progress, maintaining records, and communicating with parents, staff, and the community. A BA/BS in Education and Montana teaching certificate are required. Salary is $233.56 per day.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education required.
• Montana Teaching Certificate with proper endorsement(s) required.
• Ability to write and read reports and communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Ability to present information and respond to inquiries from students, parents, staff, and community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop course of study following district and state requirements.
• Provide instruction and learning activities to teach math skills.
• Prepare, administer, monitor, correct, and grade assignments and tests.
• Maintain classroom standards and discipline according to district policies.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate with parents and staff.
• Maintain accurate student progress and attendance records.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators as needed.
