Job summary

Concrete School District is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to supervise students during high school lunch periods. The Lunch Duty Monitor helps maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment in the cafeteria and surrounding areas while supporting school behavior expectations.

Part-time classified position with hours aligned to the student lunch schedule during the school year. Hours are 11:15am-1:15pm, Monday through Friday, subject to change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with high school students.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to follow district policies and directions from school administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the cafeteria and designated lunch areas.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment during lunch periods.
• Enforce school rules and behavior expectations.
• Monitor cafeteria, commons, hallways and entrances near the lunch area as assigned.
• Address minor behavioral concerns and report concerns to administration.
• Encourage students to keep lunch areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designee.
• Other duties as assigned
