Job summary

National Training Network (NTN) is seeking a High School Instructional Math Coach in Philadelphia to transform math instruction for teachers and students. You will collaborate with educators, school leaders, and district staff to bring NTN’s proven methodologies to life in classrooms.

This full-time role emphasizes coaching, professional development delivery, data-driven planning, and continuous improvement in mathematics instruction across the region.

Qualifications

• Certified educator with at least 5 years of math teaching experience (K–12).
• Current Teaching License required.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards – Mathematics (K–12).
• Experience mentoring and instructional coaching of teachers.
• Ability to analyze classroom data and plan standards-aligned instruction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead interactive, standards-based training sessions rooted in NTN methodology.

What You’ll Do

• Model best practices through engaging math lesson demonstrations

What We’re Looking For

• Certified educator with at least 5 years of math teaching experience (3+ consecutive years in the classroom)
• Current Teaching License
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards – Mathematics (K–12) and Standards for Mathematical Practice (or your state specific process and content standards)
• Skilled in mentoring, instructional coaching, and classroom observation
• Mastery-level content knowledge and the ability to inspire and support educators
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in planning, feedback, and data analysis
• Familiarity with NTN’s Key Elements to Mathematics Success curriculum is a plus
