Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of lead teaching experience; high school experience preferred.
• Experience in teacher- or school-leadership roles (e.g., Dean, Instructional Coach).
• Proven student results and adult leadership in a school setting.
• Experience analyzing student and school performance data and translating findings into action.
• Strong skills in coaching, change management, organization, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Commitment to learning, collaboration, and equity values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a model educator and coach, supporting staff through goal setting, observation, feedback, coaching, and evaluation.
• Design and facilitate professional learning aligned to priorities and student needs.
• Use data to identify trends, monitor progress, and recommend improvements.
• Lead school culture and partnerships to ensure inclusive, high-expectation environments.
• Partner with leadership to embed postsecondary readiness and curriculum alignment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
