Job summary

KIPP Columbus seeks a Dean of Instruction to lead instructional excellence at a high-performing urban high school. You will coach teachers, align curriculum and assessments, and use data to accelerate student achievement toward college readiness.

Collaborate with school leaders to set priorities, manage professional development, and ensure equitable access to rigorous coursework for all students, including multilingual learners and students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; administrative licensure preferred.
• Experience leading instructional teams and driving data-informed improvements.
