Qualifications

• The position requires the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances, bend, stoop and twist frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work at heights occasionally, use hand tools, reach above shoulder height, and perform work outdoors during all seasons.
• Eligibility for SEBB state health insurance coverage is determined by working 630 hours during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that school buildings and environment is safe, clean, functional, well-maintained, and secure.
• Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
• Continuing Position: employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year; hours and locations may vary.
