Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of technical aspects of Football.
• Must have the ability to serve as a mentor figure for student-athletes.
• Ability to work well with others from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with all coaching related activities.
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes.
• Create a safe environment for student-athletes' development.

Ability to motivate, teach and recruit qualified student-athletes

Ability to foster positive human relationships

Strong work ethic

Quick decision-making under pressure

Effective communication skills

Education

Prior Football coaching experience required

High school coaching experience preferred

IHSAA and NFHS Coaching Certification preferred

First Aid and CPR certified
