Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in Georgia is offering a part-time High School Engineering Intern position in our Kennesaw or Atlanta offices.

You will apply classroom knowledge to real projects involving environmental and civil infrastructure work, under supervision of licensed engineers. The internship runs about 13 to 15 weeks during fall 2026 or spring/summer 2027, with potential for additional rotations during undergraduate studies.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials and strong interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ArcView, CADD, and/or Microsoft Office.
• Written authorization to work as required under state laws depending on age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools.
• Assist in report and proposal preparation.
• Data input and analyses.
• Follow instructions and interact with engineers, geologists, office administrative staff, CADD operators (draftsmen), contractors and construction personnel; and
• Develop an understanding of the consulting profession.
