• Commitment to promoting academic achievement, teamwork, respect, and personal growth among athletes.

General Summary:

TheHighSchool Diving Coach is responsible for organizing, instructing, and supervising the diving program at thehigh school level. This position ensures a safe, positive, and supportive environment where student-athletes can develop technical diving skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. The coach works in close collaboration with the swim coach to align training schedules, coordinate meet participation, and foster a unified team culture. The coach also works with the athletic department to uphold the mission and values of the school’s athletic program.
