Qualifications

• Coordinate student completion of an online high school diploma program.
• Meet Department of Labor (DOL) and Company statistical goals for assigned area.
• Demonstrate ability to manage classroom environment and classroom discipline for effective learning.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of competency-based instruction, computer management instruction, and cooperative-learning techniques.
• Tailor facilitation to each student by using a variety of instructional approaches for diverse learning needs.
• Make recommendations for policy and curriculum revisions.
• Participate in evaluations of student progress.
• Provide appropriate personal and educational guidance to students.
