Distinction LLC in St. Louis is seeking a dormitory supervisor for the St. Louis Job Corps Center.

This is a non-exempt hourly position with a 10% shift differential for overnight shifts (11:30pm–8:30am). You will supervise trainees, mentor students, document records, coordinate life skills, and maintain safety and order in dormitories, while modeling career success standards. Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance.
• Associate’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college or university a plus.
• Able to complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students adjusting to Center life.
• Ensure students meet schedules, wake on time, and attend school/work assignments.
• Maintain dorm cleanliness and inspection readiness.
• Document student records and prepare reports on progress.
