Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience with instructional leadership and staff development.
• Experience leading IB-related initiatives is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership and execute the school's vision.
• Coach and develop teachers and staff; monitor progress with data.
• Manage talent lifecycle and performance evaluations.
• Engage scholars and families to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead professional development aligned with campus priorities.
• Support administrative functions and resource planning.
