• Plan sequential, differentiated lessons with project-based learning and collaboration.
• Assess student mastery using multiple tools and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Prepare students for industry certification exams and remediation as needed.
• Maintain records, communicate progress to families, and manage classroom routines.
