Qualifications

• Certified as a school counselor (PA 7-12 or K-12).
• Spanish speakers preferred; bilingual ability is valued.
• Teaching and school counseling experience preferred.
• Experience with mediation and relationship-building in a school setting.
• Belief in restorative practices and student-centered approaches.
• Must have clear PA criminal background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement the guidance curriculum and support Pathways program.
• Counsel students individually and in groups on educational and career plans.
• Coordinate with teachers and parents on student needs and 504/IEP matters.
• Assist with career placement and transitions for students.
• Provide counseling to promote social and emotional well-being.
