The counselor will assist with academic planning, personal goal setting, and post‑secondary options, including crisis intervention. Minnesota School Counselor License is required; a Bachelor's with counselor coursework is needed and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with School Counselor coursework, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minnesota School Counselor License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with academic planning, personal goal setting, post-secondary options, and crisis intervention.
• Work under the limited supervision of the Building Principal.
