Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools seeks a School Counselor Long Term Substitute at White Bear Lake Area High School to support students in grades 9–12. The position is 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, from 1/4/27 to 4/15/27.

The counselor will assist with academic planning, personal goal setting, and post‑secondary options, including crisis intervention. Minnesota School Counselor License is required; a Bachelor's with counselor coursework is needed and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with School Counselor coursework, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minnesota School Counselor License required.

Responsibilities
