Job summary

Belgrade Public Schools Belgrade High School is seeking a Substitute Concessions Assistant to support concessions for events and sports. Immediate starting date; involves food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and adherence to safety guidelines under the guidance of the Concessions Advisor.

The role requires basic high school education, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours in a high-activity school kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Successful punctuality and attendance in prior work.
• Experience in industrial kitchens preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food items for concessions.
• Maintain kitchen and serving areas in clean, safe, and sanitary conditions.
• Clean dishes, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned operational area.
• Cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment.
• Perform duties assigned by the Concessions Advisor.
• Maintain confidentiality, attendance, and flexibility while working with staff and students.
• Assist with proper storage of food and sanitation practices.
