Job summary

Lake Park High School District 108 is seeking a skilled pianist to serve as Choir Accompanist for the 2026-2027 school year. This stipend role supports rehearsals, sectional work, individual preparation, and performances throughout the year.

The accompanist must be available for primary choral events on Oct 13, 2026; Nov 19, 2026; Dec 8, 2026; Jan 12, 2027; Feb 23, 2027; Apr 27, 2027; May 8, 2027; and May 26, 2027 (Graduation). Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong piano proficiency to prepare and perform a wide range of choral repertoire.
• Ability to learn music independently and prepare repertoire within timelines.
• Strong sight-reading ability.
• Dependability, punctuality, professionalism and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and work with high school students.
• Meet all District employment and background-check requirements.
