Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to the NC Professional Teaching Standards.
• Plan and implement a program of study in the assigned content area to meet student needs.
• Instruct students individually and in groups using various teaching methods.
• Prepare for classes and show written evidence of preparation upon request.
• Observe and assess students' performance and progress regularly.
