Job summary

Amarillo ISD Amarillo High School in Amarillo, Texas is seeking a part-time Cheerleader Stunt Coach to lead and coach cheer athletes, plan lessons, and enforce UIL rules. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred or obtainable.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork with students, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will have cheer coaching experience, the ability to work in multiple schools, and flexible hours to support athletic programs.

Qualifications

• AACCA Certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or able to acquire.
• Knowledge of curriculum and instructional methods.
• Lesson planning and presentation skills.
• Conflict resolution and classroom management.
• UIL rules knowledge and student athlete supervision.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tumbling and stunting techniques.
