Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and staff to identify students with behavioral issues and help implement individual behavior plans.
• Monitor student progress, maintain records of interventions, and assist in conflict resolution and behavior plans maintenance.
• Supervise hallways, common areas, and parking lots to monitor student and staff movement.
• Escort students to house offices to resolve attendance and discipline issues; respond to security requests from the main office.
• Supervise the bus loading area after school and oversee transitions for a safe environment.
• Communicate regularly with administration and staff and participate in ongoing coaching on behavior management.
