Job summary

Estacada High School in Estacada, Oregon, is seeking a proactive Campus Safety Monitor to help create a secure environment for students, staff and visitors. The role emphasizes safety, positive interactions, and a respectful school climate against a backdrop of daily attendance and dependable service.

The position is full-time, up to 8 hours per day within a 190-day schedule. Compensation follows the district’s salary schedule (Grade I) with benefits available, contingent on fingerprint check

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a diverse student population preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain first aid/CPR training.
• Ability to meet physical standards (a physical exam may be required).
• Assist, console, and manage students who may be emotional, distraught, or frustrated.
• Conduct conflict resolution between students.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, community and colleagues.
• Possess valid Oregon driver's license.
• Commitment to consistent daily attendance.
• Employment contingent on fingerprint-based background verification and drug test.
