Qualifications

• Age requirements: at least 19 to apply for assistant coaching positions; 21 to apply for head coaching positions.

Responsibilities

• Promote professional development and leadership in sport through clinics and workshops.
• Study and understand rules and regulations of the sport, WIAA, and Federal Way Public Schools.
• Promote the sport within the school and community; report scores and contest information promptly.
• Attend practices and contests daily; coordinate with head coach on system of play and instruction.
• Model safety training and maintain working knowledge of basic safety practices related to the sport.
