Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sport-specific coaching experience in secondary/post-secondary programs is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification (hands-on).
• NFHS Concussion Training (online) is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants from reporting time to departure.
• Thoroughly understand and reinforce eligibility rules and district policy.
• Ensure proper safety checks and reporting of injuries to the athletic director.
• Promote the program and report scores to media and league sites.
• Attend meetings and contribute to post-season planning with head coach.
• Oversee equipment care and facility safety within the program.
