• Compliance: Interprets athletic rules, follows District policies, supports Title IX site visits, maintains confidential records.
• Athletic Program Coordination: Oversees scheduling of high school programs, coordinates travel, uses systems like Final Forms, NFHS Learn, MaxPreps.
• Athletic Events: Coordinates logistics for events, manages game workers, referees, transportation, and safety.
• Meetings and Communication: Conducts athletic meetings, communicates with parents, and coordinates with leadership and commissioners.
