Responsibilities

• Organizes and administers athletic programs with the Athletics Director/Principal, including transportation, fundraising, ticket sales, practices and schedules.
• Provides supervision and management of games and events as assigned.
• Fosters school/community relations by seeking support for programs and publicizing events.
• Maintains reports, records, budgets and other paperwork as required by the Athletics Director, Principal or Superintendent.
• Assists in monitoring eligibility criteria of school, district, conference, KHSAA and other member organizations.
• Assists in administering the insurance program for school athletics and processing of claims.
• Provides leadership for booster and support organizations and keeps administration updated on activities.
• Assumes supervision of participants before, during and after practices and competitions and during travel.
• Assists in monitoring compliance with Title IX, policies and regulations.
• Maintains certificates of physical examinations for participants and preserves district records.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent.

Education

Kentucky Certificate with proper endorsements

High School/Trade School degree preferred
