Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Administration or higher.
• Three years of teaching experience.
• North Carolina Professional Educator's License for School Administrator-Principal or eligibility.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license per NC requirements.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in developing and implementing policies, programs, curricula, and budgets.
• Develop master schedules and assign duties; assist with student orientation.
• Assist in budget preparation and staff involvement in budget priorities.
• Provide direction to staff to implement goals and schedules.
• Ensure school policies are understood and followed by staff.
