Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Administration or equivalent
• Three years teaching experience in a school setting
• Hold NC Professional Educator's License for School Administrator- Principal
• Valid NC driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets.
• Support master scheduling, duty assignments, and student orientation.
• Assist with budget management and allocations according to policies and regulations.
• Provide direction to staff to implement goals and plans for the school program.
• Ensure compliance with Wake County Public School board policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to School Improvement Plan execution and periodic review.
• Develop curricular objectives with faculty to meet school needs.
• Supervise and evaluate staff per annual schedule.
