Job description

Chief Fabrication is seeking Welder Apprentices to join the Chief team. These positions perform MIG welding processes on production materials in accordance to required specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs minor to advanced welding processes on galvanized or raw steel per print specifications.
2. Has the ability to select proper voltage, current, heat, gas and feed settings for welding operations to be performed.
3. Prepares weld operations through proper machine and jig setups.
4. Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner utilizing required safety equipment.

1. This is a registered apprenticeship through the Career Pathways Institute. Only students through Career Pathways Institute can apply.
