This leader will support high-quality teaching, implement instructional practices, and foster a safe, welcoming environment while building strong relationships through data-driven decision making and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and visible presence throughout the school, including classrooms, hallways, arrival, dismissal, lunch, and school activities.
• Establish, communicate, and reinforce clear expectations for students and staff with fairness and equity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, families, and community partners; listen actively and respond timely.
• Serve as an active instructional leader with strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment, and student engagement; support Tier 1 instruction.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop practical solutions and move work forward.
