• Master Premier High School Curriculum System and adapt instruction for adult learners in Texas Works.
• Manage classroom with clear expectations and routines; show empathy.
• Inspire and correct students with consistency, care, and interest.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues at local and district levels for student learning.
• Administer tests, monitor performance, and provide interventions/enrichment.
• Tutor students individually or in groups.
• Practice professionalism and ongoing development.
