Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Texas Mid-Management, Supervisor, or Principal Certification.
• Three (3) years campus-level administrative experience or curriculum leadership.
• Current or eligible for: AEL, ILT/ILD certifications and T-TESS appraiser.
• Fingerprinting background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in organizing, administering, and supervising personnel and instruction.
• Develop and monitor budgets, curriculum, and program implementation.
• Oversee MTSS framework and district data platforms for fidelity and improvement.
• Supervise Coordinators and facilitators in curriculum and achievement guidelines.
• Plan master schedule and coordinate staff development and scheduling.
