Job summary
AdventHealth is seeking a highly skilled Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographer for the Orlando area. The position supports high-risk pregnancy imaging at AHMG, performing advanced obstetric ultrasound including fetal Doppler, 3D/4D imaging and NT screening, with clinical leadership responsibilities as needed.
Qualified candidates have RDMS or ARRT credentials, BLS, and 3+ years of obstetric/perinatal sonography experience.
Qualifications
- RDMS certification or ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Associate and high school diploma required
- Field of Study: Sonography
- 3+ years obstetric/perinatal sonography experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
- Assesses the patient’s physical condition and age-specific needs.
- Provides instructions that achieve patient cooperation and desired results.
- Obtains patient history and documents for invasive procedures.
- Documents weight, blood pressure and other pertinent information.
