Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in the OB High Risk department. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate care across disciplines, and ensure accurate execution of physician and nursing orders.

The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma RN license, a current BLS certification, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
