Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• RN credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care that aligns with clinical standards and protocols.
• Drive Care Planning: Initiate, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans.
• Coordinate the Team: Serve as the central communication link across physicians, specialists, and care teams.
• Practice Vigilant Monitoring: Observe, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Ensure Continuity: Manage orders and discharge planning for a smooth transition of care.
