Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Registered Nurse for the OB High Risk department. This full-time night shift role provides comprehensive patient care and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to support mothers and newborns.

You will implement and monitor care plans, assess patient status, document orders, and assist with discharge planning. Must hold Oklahoma RN license and BLS within 30 days of hire. Ascension values service, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma from accredited program.
• OK Board of Nursing licensure.
• BLS certification required; 30 days to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.
• Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
