BJC HealthCare is seeking a Part Time RN for the High Risk Cardiac (2NE) unit at Memorial Hospital Belleville. The role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, shift differential, and competitive pay with a defined career ladder for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Telemetry/cardiac experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and post-discharge care.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to develop and document care plans.
• Maintains clear communication across the continuum of care.
