UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced Clinician to lead nursing practice on the antepartum unit. You will coordinate staff performance, deliver education, and serve as a clinical role model for professional nursing.

You will participate in staff development, precept new nurses, and drive quality improvement efforts while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care in a Magnet-designated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Obstetrics nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and service-based education for staff, including orientation and training.
• Provide leadership in clinical nursing practice and quality improvement.
• Participate in staff evaluations and hiring processes as applicable.
