Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial window-cleaning experience.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate ladders, aerial lifts, and suspended access equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows, curtain walls, and glass surfaces.
• Operate window-cleaning equipment and lifts safely.
• Set up safety barriers and warning signs in work areas.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules to minimize disruption.
• Report maintenance concerns to management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
