Responsibilities

• Monitor CMHA high-rise locations and surrounding areas to deter crime and maintain security.
• Inspect grounds, offices, and common areas and report conditions.
• Maintain radio contact with superiors and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to lockouts and emergencies and handle on-site problems.
• Prepare and file security reports detailing incidents and actions taken.
• Possess commissioned or non-commissioned status and comply with bargaining unit rules.
