Allied Universal in Denver, CO is seeking a Security Guard High Rise to safeguard tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. This full-time, unarmed security role emphasizes customer service, situational awareness, and reliable presence.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, respond calmly to alarms and incidents, and document daily activity reports. Pay is $23.65 per hour with a Day/Evening schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Unarmed role; age 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing per state/local laws may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report issues to management.
• Prepare clear daily activity reports and shift handoff notes per site procedures.
