Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with curtain wall/high-rise projects preferred.
• Familiarity with shop drawings and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer curtainwall projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate shop drawings with Architects, Engineers, Drafters and Factory.
• Obtain current structural drawings and interface drawings for site use.
• Develop schedules and manage budgets, requisitions and change orders.
• Oversee material release and fabrication alignment with schedule.
• Ensure safety and code compliance across project phases.
• Lead teams to deliver quality construction on time and within budget.
