Job summary

CSG Talent in North Canton, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glazing and façade projects from contract award through to handover. You will coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will be a proactive communicator with strong organisational and commercial acumen, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects in curtain walling, windows, façades

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing glazing or façade construction projects.
• Strong client, subcontractor and internal team coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing and façade projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Own project programmes, budgets, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Review drawings, specifications, programmes and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and technical issues.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Lead projects through to successful completion, snagging and handover.
