Job summary

Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move product safely, stock locations, and support shipping operations. You will work with pallets, scanners, and forklifts in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Testing may be required.
Must have good math skills.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Move the right product in and out of the racks in a safe and timely fashion without damaging product or equipment.
Place product into assigned location.
Places pallets of product into assigned rack location.
Pulls proper full or partial pallets of product out of racks needed for shipping.
Scans pallets of product to get placement location and other information.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
